Circuit Training Routines
I recently read an article about an actress's favorite workout. She said that she does circuit training workouts that went like this:
10 minutes cardio warm-up
10 minutes circuit exercises (3 sets)
10 minutes cardio
10 minutes different circuit exercises (3 sets)
10 minutes cardio
10 minutes ab workout and stretching/cooling down
I would like to try this workout, but I wanted to see if anyone can give me some suggestions for the circuit segments of this workout. I do have experience with weight training, but I would love someone else's input! Thanks!
