You have mine!!!! I want to lose less than that, but still....a pound is a pound! I recently started eating only fruits and vegetables and allowing one small meal of something else healthy, like a turkey wheat sandwich. I have been doing it for two weeks, and it is really working. I tried WW, but I felt that I was thinking about food all day. With this way, I don't even crave food!!!! I get little hunger pangs, eat a banana or something, and wow. Its great.
