Diet/Fitness Balance
Hello
I'm trying to get myself fit and pack a bit of muscle onto my spindly little body, but I'm having trouble balancing my diet and my workout routine.
Before I will see any real results, I need to lose some inches of flab. I have no idea how to lose weight while increasing calorie intake; the calories I get now don't seem to cover a real workout (get dizzy), yet when I was eating more, I wasn't getting any trimmer.
So here are my questions: Do I try to lose the inches first, or can I build some muscle and get toned up simultaneously? What are some basic concepts I need to know before I can get myself lean and strong?
