Hi Everyone,
I am new to this site. I am currently trying to firm up my body and maintain my healthy lifestyle. I started an Eat Clean diet this year and lost about 11 pounds. Now I am trying desperately to get rid of my abdominal fat. I believe my weight is at a good place (132 pounds - 5'8").
I am running about 5 to 6 days a week for a half hour and doing weights after that.
I thought it would be good to have a place to chat with others in the same boat.
I am a mother of three young children and my husband is self-employed and very busy. I am a teacher so I am off for the summer.
I'd love to hear any suggestions for getting rid of abdominal fat.
