Sure, here's a typical day...
breakfast - 1/2 dry oatmeal cooked with water
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp wheat germ
1/4 cup mixed berries
500 ml water
coffee with one sweetener and 1 cream
Protein shake
snack - apple and almonds (handful)
lunch - chicken breast and mixed greens and pita with p.b
water
snack - fruit and source of protein (cottage cheese, nuts etc)
Dinner - fish or chicken
veggies steemed
1/2 sweet potatoe
water
mixed greens with balsamic dressing
Snack - pita with pb
water
That is a typical day.
cardio - 30 min run and 20 min weights
