Hello! I'm finally taking some steps to take care of me, do something that will make me healthy, and hopefully trim me down...A LOT!
I'm a military wife of 15 + years. I have 2 beautiful children, if you can call teenagers that. lol A daughter who is almost 17, and a son who is 13. My husband is a career Army medic, and returned last October (07) from a stint in Iraq.
I have just started, about 2 weeks ago, an exercise regimine that I hope helps me take better care of me, and help me feel better about myself.
I work out on the exer-cycle 20 minutes a day, the elliptical machine 25 minutes a day, and the treadmill for 35 minutes a day. I have already lost 6 pounds, and even moreso I have lost inches.
I look forward to working on my fitness goals, gathering a support team, as well as offering my support, and learning more about this new side of life, here.
