Need advice quick!
I have started using a personal trainer for the lat month

i have to say i do feel great, I have more energy and I doing High Intensity Training, which is great I have never sweated so much in my entire life!
The problem is the weight loss is slow and I am trying to eat right.
Any tips on a what to eat.
I love fruit and eat 5 portions a day, very little bread,chicken,fish etc so why isnt anything moving??
I want to lose approx 44lbs so thats a good bit and have given myself til xmas to do this...just frustrated to lack of reduction
