Increasing calories isnt bad its just a matter what what calories are you intaking. Remember, starving yourself isnt going to work, you will do no good to your body by starving yourself. On the other hand, if you take in too many calories, workouts will just result in vein. So here it is, take good carlories oppose to bad ones. Dont start eating a lot of carbs or fat, instead munch on celery sticks or eat a piece of fruit. I know celery isnt very tasty without anything, I dont think anyone would say that they do, but at least you wont be hungry and skinny!!!!
