it depends on what type of weight you want to gain, do you want to gain 10 pounds of muscle? or just 10 pounds? If you want to gain 10 pounds, protein protein protein and just 10 pounds well just about anything flies for that. To maintain it look at how many calories your weight is suppose to consume and that should be your guideline.
