I have tried a couple of different products and I personally like them. I'm not one to use them all the time though, I just get the ones that help with energy and focus for workouts. I keep a workout journal and I can see the difference between the days I've used them and the days I have not. On the days I have taken them, I workout longer, am able to lift more weight and do more reps. But if you prefer to do things naturally, there are products out there to help you as well.
