The single and best way to increase your leg strength is by doing
squats. They will get you strong legs in no time at all. Other exercises to strengthen your legs include:
- Lunges
- Leg curl (hamstrings)
- Leg press (quads)
A good workout would go something like this:
Squats: 3 sets of 12
Lunges: 3 sets of 12
Leg extension: 3 sets of 15
Leg curl: 3 sets of 15
That can be done 1-3 times a week.
