I have either a water bottle or a 32 oz. soda drink cup that I refill with water throughout the day. If I don't, then I end up trying to take juice, pop, and other things offered to me or end up really thirsty by avoiding these temptations, but not having any alternative. I usually end up drinking about 3 soda drink cup fulls a day. They say that isn't too much water since the average non-exercising person should have at least 8 8oz. glasses of water/day.
