Welcome Ducati! In lifting weights that is called a sticky point. Using different excercises but impacting the same areas you want to work might help.In lifting weights higher weight and fewer reps. will increase strength. Set weight where you can only do sets of 3 or 4 reps to start and work toward 10 reps per set, taking your time not pushing too hard.
