snacking is very complicated issue. some people actually just increase number of meals perday so that you get a well rounded serving of everything more often (4-6 times) and that cuts down on one sided snacking.
I personally like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches cut into squares or veggies with cottage cheese or even organic cheese crackers with cottage cheese.
I don't like processed or packaged food so, that limits the suggestions I have.
If I do have a bar of any sort it's the Nectar variety by Clifbar (I believe).
