I do sugar free jello with fat free whipped cream. And if I am really craving that sweet item I found Skinny Cow ice cream bars or philly has a cheescake premade in the dairy aisle and they have a low fat version. I will take a little of that and put it on a fat free graham cracker. Haven't done desserts in a little while but if I get that 1 week a month craving then it is my go to.
