Talking Breaakfast shake...

Wake-up shake

1 Piece of fruit with centre stone removed (e.g. apricot/nectarine/peach)
200 ml low-fat yoghurt
4 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons wheatgerm
2 ice-cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until thick and frothy. Enjoy

Calories: 340
62% carbohydrate: 55g
25% protein: 22g
13% fat: 5g
Low/medium GI
