personal experiences and opinions are always valued here at RWF but I do feel it's only fair to point out that fitnessguru works for the company who sells the food product mentioned. Be careful fitnessguru. you are walking a fine line here.

whole foods are better for the body. processed foods un necessarily tax the organs of elimination.
