You lucky thing

Don't forget to take some photos so that we can see the sun. I'm pretty much on track with you concerning the intermittent workouts, oddly during the same time frame, and have just got back into full swing, so when you get back you should be okay...nice and refreshed and ready to rock 'n' roll in the gym.
