Healthy pancakes

I made these the other morning and really liked them.

One whole egg, one egg white
half a pint of skimmed milk
one scoop of soya protein powder
Ground black pepper
Wholemeal flour to thicken (about half a cup)

I had them with peanut butter
but if you had them with fruit I think that would be a pretty balanced breakfast.
