I've just started drinking a pint of skimmed milk as my afternoon snack,
Its about 130cal and 10g od Protein.

This seams like such a good drink for a work out I can't understand why you don't see it for sale in gyms.

Maybe its cos it has a smaller advertising budget?????

Also some UK supermarkets (The one that begins with an A and the one that begins with a T) do small tubs of value cottage cheese that make really heathy snacks if you ignore the high salt content
(not very conveniet mind cos you have to find a spoon).
