I found this Website years ago, only just remebered about it.
It called "Worlds healthiest foods" and its got this great section called Food Advisor, where you answer some questions about what you eat and it tells you what Vitamins you may not be getting enough of and what foods to eat to get it.
I really like this, only problem is it always tells me to eat more calfes liver, and there ain't no way I'm eatting that!
