The sites like the one you mentioned are always helpful, but seem to overlook one thing when they suggest people eat a certain amount of x or y, they never seem to take in to account any food allergies that people suffer...the same as health food books. Health officials are always amazed when they hear that I'm allergic to mustard...but then go on to tell me of people that are allergic to black pepper etc; but books/sites tend to recommend eating the entire range of foodstuffs, milk for one example, without taking in to account that some people are either intolerant or allergic. Apart from that, I still think they're pretty good info wise.
