we'll see how that goes. I'm open to advice from the home workout crew
I think I'll be running and doing pull ups, chin ups, pushups ab work and stuff like that. we'll see how long that feels like enough.
Home workout, yay!

What sort of equipment do you have to work with? I reckon you're already smart enough to be able to put a routine together, from using all the routines already around, and adapting them. A couple of adjustable dumbbells are a good idea, at minimum; a bench/aerobics ball is helpful for presses etc. The idea of pull-ups etc is excellent.

I find that 3 days weights, and 3 days cardio works well for me...doing a whole-body routine 3 times a week, although a conditioning routine mostly, allows me to miss a day, and still not miss out, so it makes it very flexible...and the cardio, well that's really adaptable.

Swimming...apnea Just kidding, dynamic apnea is a great swimming workout, apparently...I have to remain dry land at the moment

Hope the workout works out.
