Go for it with you work outs, look forward to hearing how it goes.
it was only $30 USD

I was shopping around on line for adjustable weight dumbbells and am surprised at the advances in designs since last I was in the market ....oh...20 years ago. Sleek! it's not just a bar with a bunch of variably sized plates to hold on with a spring device!! But am finding myself waiting to see if i can commit to the new plan before I dump a bunch of cash on fancy things.
It's early in the day yet over here...we'll see how it goes
The hardest part of this new schedule is to avoid the impulse to get drawn into various home or work projects which can easily spill into workout time if I don't watch it. ....more later today....

Alright. I did it. made it to the pool and very happy to have changed from my gym pool to the city pool. The new UV method cuts down on chlorine fumes massively which feels much much better - not to have to smell like chlorine for a day and a half after a swim - not to mention the hair loss

When I got home I just did a little bit of ab work. inflated my exercise ball.
stretched (a teenie bit)

I swam for 1/2 hour and although my pace was slow it felt very good - not exhausting and my breath was plentiful.

next workout day will be Wed.
