ah but I have to admit I found the old dumbbell bars in the shed out back and all I really need is a few discs to put on them....sigh....not as pretty but much cheaper.

When I reviewed my old gym workout I noticed that I can do pretty much everything that I used to do but now at home with just a few tweaks here and there. So, I'll just keep with that routine.
