I did make it to the pool today - hooray. and I actually hit quite a nice stride in the pool after about 15 min. Was moving in the water for 25 min. today. Now I'm going to buckle down and prove to myself that I can still get my work done despite the time I made to exercise today. It'll be a late Friday night though...
It looks like I'm going to get simple plates for my dumbbells since it seems more cost effective. I can get 70 lbs of weights for the same price I'd pay to buy two adjustable fancy 12.5 lbs dumbbells, so that seems like a no brainer.
Haven't yet added the resistance workout. Plan to in a few weeks once I get the swing of the schedule.
