Single Arm chest press 3 X 8 @ 40
Shoulder Press 3 X 8 @ 40
Straight arm Lat Pushdowns 3 X 10 @ 40 kg (also works the tricep long head)
Cable Flys 3 X 8 @ 20 kg
1 hour Pump class
it was hard to get into the workout today, I kept the weights light as i think i must have been sweating bourbon after last nights Angels concert.
