stressed out today
missed the pool today. freaking out a bit about a lull in the business. spent the day cooking for the week - making loafs: soy bean, almonds and celery and lentil/nut roast.
going to go tug on the weeds in the yard next. that might fix me up.
now I'm going to afix some mirrors in my newly dedicated workout room
