Tuesday
Sore throat was really bad, when I got home from work there was no way I was going to the gym. Had few glasses of red wine, not so good for the diet but always find it helps with a sore throat.
Wednesday
Woke up feeling much better, had a conference to go to during which I spilled a cup of coffee all down myself

But thats another story...

(really low weight cos its the first time I'd used the cabels and there was someone doing situps right under it. Didn't want it flying off into her face or anything.)
