Voice is gone today--can barely talk
. I am bombarding myself with immune support tactics.
I just need to rest with competition coming up. I will get back on track with my workouts next week.
One thing I can commit to is avoiding all the high calorie snacks & alcohol that will be in front of me all weekend--it's a big party once the contest is over. I must go shopping and bring my own good stuff to fill up on.
