I just joined this online community and i sat down for an hour and read each of these articles.. good stuff!! I now feel ready to start my "get healthy" experience.
I'm excited! I currently weigh 130 lbs and in two weeks i plan on getting down to 125 lbs. wish me determination (cuz luck has nothing to do with it)
