Happy new year, all!

Maybe we'll get some new members with all those resolutions to lose weight and get fit?
Thanks to holiday gift cards and a big sale, I got a brand new weight bench kit for a grand total of $12 out of my pocket. The bargain shopper AND the weight lifter in me are happy

I can now do a bunch of exercises that I couldn't do before, or that I had to improvise with dumbbells and a chair.
What are your favorite weight workouts? I generally do a full-body workout everytime, getting in at least two exercises per major muscle group. I get bored working on just legs, just arms/back, or just abs on a particular day.
Anyway, I'd love to hear what you're all doing. What are your favorite weight exercises/routines?
