I was advised to reduce carbs at mid-morning, so I'd take the oatmeal out of your 10.30 meal and eat some solid protein instead, like tuna or chicken with cottage cheese.
I'd also try to get some more fruit and veg in there, eg some salad with chicken breast for 10.30am would be good.
You also take 5 scoops of protein a day, maybe take a couple out for real food like eggs or something?
