Fast & Yummy Salmon

I typically bake my fish no matter what it is - sprinkle with salt and crushed garlic 18-25 min. and I'm good to go, but I just tried this recipe from a magazine and it was quite tasty and easy and much faster:

Salmon w. Maple Lemon glaze

2 tblsp lemon juice
2 tblsp maple syrup
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. canola oil

pour that into a ziploc/seal-able baggie with the fish and let it sit in the fridge for 10 min. - turning it once.

heat an oven proof skillet to med high
pre heat oven to broil
remove fish from the bag and heat the remaining marinade (microwave on high 1 min. - but since I don't have one I just heated it in a saucepan)

throw the fish in the skillet for 3 min. salt and pepper it to liking
flip fish over
pour on the marinade
stuff it in the oven under broil for 3 min. - or until done and flaky - mine was a big piece - took 5-7 min.

and it's done - FAST! and a little more tasty than the usual.

when using 4 6 oz servings the nutritional breakdown is supposedly:
cal 287
fat 14 g
protein31 g
carb 7.5 g
