I've got a home setup in my garage which is great and I'm adding to it bit by bit. I've only been training for four months so it's made up of stuff I've inherited or got cheap.
Fit ball - I do crunches and hip raises
EZ bar - 7kg with no weight and couple of small plates
Dumbbells - pairs - 1kg, 2kg, 3kg, 4kg, 5kg
Treadmill and a floor mat.
I just got an incline/decline bench last week so I'm starting to use that. Thats all for now - tomorrow I'm going to get a few more weight plates for the EZ barbell so I can increase my bent over rows.
About a month ago I rigged up a mirror on the wall so it's shaping up as a great space.
