I am 23 years old, 130 lbs,. I run twice a weak for 20 minutes. I eat a diet consiting of grains, lean meats, and vegetables. How can i reduce the fat on my thighs, as well as cellulite. Does runnign make my thighs bigger?? How abouy my calfs?
