my plan is to integrate carbs back into my diet slowly after i achieve my goals. could i really gain 10lbs of fat back that quickly, even with all the muscle mass im putting on?
If you're putting muscle mass on then chances are you won't gain fat back, especially if you continue to workout in order to maintain the losses; it's really only when we stop exercising, or something goes haywire with our health i.e thyroid etc, that we gain weight back. It's also good that you are going to integrate carbs back slowly into your diet, and that you're not solely focussed on the scales, but on bodyfat and inches.
The reason I put about gaining it back is because some people reach their goal and then just forget that it has to be maintained in order for them not to go in reverse...but it seems you have your finger firmly on the pulse and know exactly what you're doing, which is great; let us all know when you reach your goal, and maybe you could even start a journal (unless you have and I missed it, this site is growing daily now so it's possible) and then everyone can follow your progress, which will inspire others too, if you choose to start a log.
