Wink Healthy brekkie

I really wanted to get oats into my diet but couldn't work out a way to eat them that I could stomach. I have never liked breakfast foods (cereals, sloppy foods yuk), so I tried toast etc, but whilst I've been feeling ill that has become a nightmare to get down on occasion, so I came up with the following, which seems nicely balanced and tastes great.

50g oats
125g yoghurt (proper yoghurt) strawberry works well
200ml of ice cold water
1 banana
1 heaped tablespoon of ground almonds

Place all ingredients in a blender, blend for a couple of minutes at most, pour into a really tall glass, and enjoy

No idea what the nutritional values are, sorry, but it does have carb, fats and protein in there. Tried it with cherry yoghurt today, and it seems good, but I prefer the strawberry yoghurt and banana flavour. I can now eat a good breakfast even when not feeling all that well.
