Snacking? I love snacking. My favorites are frozen berry drinks with coconut milk, some lemon and/or orange juice, vanilla, spices, and maybe some carob. Coconut milk is my favorite cream substitute and I just had sliced strawberries with some mixed with a bit of soy milk, orange&lemon juice, and butterscotch extract and it was amaaazing. Nuts, seeds and carob chips are good too and I like dried fruit too from time to time. Eggs are great too. Hummus on cauliflower is a deeelicious match. I love baked goods so I've been trying nutritional flours and low-nearly no sugar sort of alternatives and that's really good too. I'm going to try that banana oat cookie recipe tomorrow since it sounds so good.
