don't take it personally. the spring and summer weather has fewer on the forum is my guess.
how's the 1-2 lb per week goal going?
what are you doing to reach that goal? workout routine? dietary aspects?
I'm more of a moderate myself and am just working on maintaining health and keeping a handle on the aging flab factor.
Try posting an exercise journal and you'll probably get more frequent feedback / interaction.
