Yeah, arthritis can be difficult to deal with. Still, you can get an effective workout if you know which exercises your body can still handle (depending of course on the severity of the arthritis). I was a personal trainer a few years back and most of my clients had knee, shoulder and hip issues (they were all over 45) but we always found safe exercises that worked for them.
