Glad to see another journal, they're always inspirational.

Try to find cardio that you can do without the need to pay anyone; cycling, skateboarding (once you have the board etc), use a stepper (one of those that you can ust slide under the bed), do fartlek training to spruce up your running sessions etc, there are so many options out there; type in sports to Google and take a look down the list, there may be something you hadn't thought of, that you may feel like giving a go.

What type of dancing did you used to do, ballet, ballroom? Is there any way you can incorporate that training into something new? Or do the dancing training alone? Just thoughts...
