I have to stop jogging

it was last jogging yesterday. Ill have to find alternative for jogging, mainly i want something i can do at home. now cardio again this morning for 30min. breakfast: oatmeal made with juice(both yuk as always) and one hard boiled egg. i feel like giving up nearly all the time, i dont have any support here. friends dont understand why should i lose weight, boyfriend thinks i dont need to lose weight and myparents are afraid ill do something stupid like quit eating.
