Eeek!! I've fallen off the wagon. Haven't done a thing. It's dark when I get up, when I leave for work and when I get home so I'm not motivated to go out to the garage and workout alone. I know it would be easier to do if I was doing weights because I like that WAY more than the cardio grind, but not so. It's cold and I feel like hibernating.
I've cut down my coffee, which is one good thing and upped my water intake. I've also started taking Spirulina and Flaxseed Oil (not fishoil - blahhh) so I'll see if that makes any difference to how I feel, energy wise.
SO, let's start AGAIN, again.
This coming week: Tue / Thur / Sat
- 30mins treadmill (walk/jog intervals)
- stretches
