Hey girls!
Well I just got into this getting firm and healthy thing. And a guy mate goes on about protien shakes and pumping iron, ya know the usual guy talk.
But the thing is he spends about $300 on protien shakes a month! Although I want to lower down on fat the problem is that I'm just a student and can't afford that sort of extra money on myself!
So I know that tuna is a excellent protien source! Expecially those small cans that have a "ligther" option and come in flavours. But apart from that the only other thing I'm eating is fruit.
Is there any other sort of high protien foods that are easy and quick to eat such as canned tuna?
Tuna is yummy but it would be nice for a change when I'm on the go.
