Chicken and other white fish are all high in protein. I am a working mother so a lot of times I make my lunch the night before so I can have ME time on my lunch break. I grill a lot of chicken and tilapia and pack it in a to go container for the next day. Change up the taste by adding different spices to it. Salt & pepper makes it yummy but I sometimes add garlic and/or other spices to change the taste so I don't get tired of it. Good luck with your tone-up and your school.
