Just bought my dumbells....
hi everyone, I am 48 (female) and run 3 times per week, clocking up approx 30km per week. I LOVE RUNNING and have run for 3 years.
However....my upper body strength is shot, I can hardly lift a feather and the old arms are sagging fast !! Just bought 2 x 3kg dumbells and itching to get started as I want toned arms and great strength by summer (southern hemisphere).
Where do I start? Have I bought the correct weight dumbells?
I have so much enthusiasm so appreciate in advance any advice you may have, Thanks !
