I just want to stay the same weight and lose these thighs!

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I understand the issue of watching the scales after losing weight. However, try to use a tape measure instead, or in addition to the scales. Muscle weighs more than fat, but takes up less space, so you will look slimmer but might put on weight...ignore the scale at that point and go by how clothes fit. "Too much cardio" unless it's really intense cardio or you're not eating enough, probably won't be an issue...if it is a matter of wanting to build muscle then far too much cardio could prevent this...but 2 hours low intensity cardio a day should not cause any problems with muscle gain, as long as you eat the calories needed for the exercise and building the tissue up. 2 hours, also includes any time you walk to the gym etc, it doesn't need to be 2 hours on a treadmill/bike. I generally stick to 45 minutes a day, it tends to be plenty, both on weight training days and cardio days (3 of each a week, so 45 mins - 1 hour max a day for workouts).
