Hey does anyone here use kettlebells? I discovered them a couple of years ago, fell in love and haven't turned back
I'd love a whole range of sizes, but only have two sets at the moment - 26lb and 56lb. I also have a pair of adjustable KB's which are at 16lb at the moment. Does anyone here use them? Have any great routines for use with them?
