Need Advice
Hi everyone,
I was wondering if any of you could help me. I have been training quite intensely for the last 3 months weight training. I have reduced my body fat down from 23 to 15 percent. However I know feel my arms have become too bulky. My biceps in particular. If I want to reduce this what is the best approach should I take. Do I reduce my weigths? Reduce my repetitions or simply stop working on my biceps altogether. I don't want to gain body fat but I would like to make my biceps to be smaller? Any advice?
